The Stripe Apps overview is empty until stripe apps upload succeeds. Installing an app for your team (Stripe docs) is not the same as OAuth for your customers’ own Stripe accounts. Connect platform accounts cannot publish a public OAuth app; use a restricted read-only key on the project page, or upload the app from a separate publisher account without Connect.
